I am a licensed Acupuncturist in New York State. I hold a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture from the Pacific College of Health and Science, one of the leading Chinese Medicine schools in the United States.

My specialties include: Women’s Health (Menstrual regulation, PCOS, Fertility, Pregnancy, Postpartum and Menopause support), Digestive Health, Insomnia, Migraines, Headaches, Allergies, Mental Health (Stress, Anxiety, Depression), Orthopedics and Pain Management.

I have degrees in Communication and Biology from Metropolitan State College of Denver. I worked in healthcare marketing for over a decade in New York City at NewYork-Presbyerian Hospital and Columbia University Medical Center. I am a DONA trained postpartum doula, Carriage House Birth Trained birth doula, and a Certified Lactation Counselor.

Growing up on a farm in Colorado, I deeply appreciate the Chinese Medicine philosophy, that our bodies are reflections of nature. Healing takes place by nurturing and enabling flow, whether that’s physical or emotional. Acupuncture is an elegant tool that sends send signals to the ecosystem of our body to help find the capacity for more balance in mind and body.
